Returning a Product

 

If you would like to return a product, please email hello@herology.ie with your order number and reason for returning. 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:
  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Undamaged
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or covered under our Taste Test Guarantee.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Subscription Orders

You are fully in control of your subscription and can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time before your next order is processed.

Once an order has been processed and confirmed to you by email, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment team for dispatch. At this stage, we are unable to cancel, amend or refund the order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@herology.ie.

Once confirmed by our team, you will be eligible for either:
  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, including applicable shipping costs
Items need to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived, you must notify us within 21 days of your dispatch confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened products
  • Products returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Items not purchased directly from Herology
  • Gift cards
Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
