This Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
How to Return Products
If you are unhappy with your Herology product, please contact us at hello@herology.ie for next steps. Be sure to include your order number in your message. Returns will not be accepted without this information.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Eligibility for Returns
We recommend inspecting your product as soon as possible after delivery and before use. You have 14 days from the day after you receive your product to return it. Returned products must be:

Unused and unopened

In their original packaging
- Undamaged
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a:

Faulty or damaged item, or

Incorrect item
You must return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund or replacement. These returns will be processed free of charge.
Missing Orders
If you have not received your order, please notify us within 21 days of the dispatch confirmation email to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds and Postage
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected by our Returns Department.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.
Return postage will only be refunded if:

The incorrect item was received, or

The item is faulty or damaged
Postage costs will not be refunded if the item is found to be in good condition. If applicable, we will notify you of any costs to return the item to you after inspection.
