Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
How To Return Products
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Herology product, please email us hello@herology.ie to obtain a return form, which you will need to print and fill out. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form or a returns authorisation number.
Our Returns Policy
You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the product. When you receive your product, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use/consumption. All products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that you received the wrong product by mistake or if you received a product that is damaged or faulty, you must return the product in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the product, in order to receive a full refund or a replacement. Our Returns Policy for damaged or faulty products upholds your statutory rights.
If you have not received your product, you must inform us that you have not received your product within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the product had been dispatched in order to receive a refund or a replacement.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item.
Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning a product where: we sent you the wrong product, or the product is damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage for products found to be in good working order. The cost of posting the product back to you will depend on the product and will be communicated to you after the process has been completed.
