What kind of collagen does Herology use - marine, bovine, or something else?
Herology COLLAGEN contains clinically studied VERISOL® Collagen Peptides, which are sourced from bovine (type I & III collagen). We’ve paired these peptides with Vitamin C to support natural collagen formation, and Hyaluronic Acid to boost skin hydration and elasticity.

Looking forward to starting on Collagen! Do I need to add more water in comparison to Balance?
We recommend adding slightly more water if you are mixing COLLAGEN & BALANCE ~250-300mls. However, it's personal preference, you can add as much or as little as you want.
